Production of ATEX and IECEx certified components
We design and manufacture specialized components for operation in hazardous areas. Our solutions meet stringent ATEX and IECEx requirements, guaranteeing safety, reliability and the highest quality of workmanship. The most important elements of the production of ATEX and IECEx certified components include:
- insulators for voltages from 250V to 11 000V with a current capacity of 8A to 800A;
- feed-through insulators with capacitive divider for voltage from 125V to 11 000V
- single or multi-core wire feed-throughs for voltages from 250V to 6300V with a current capacity of 2 A to 200A;
- straight and angled connection terminals for connecting from one to several electrical wires supplying electrical equipment;
- cable glands screwed into the housing with M, G, Pg, NPT threads or screwed to it to insert cables and power wires into electrical equipment housings;
- cable entry assemblies are designed to insert from one to three cables and power wires into the housings of electrical equipment;
- hole reduction bushings are designed to reduce threaded holes M, G, Pg, NPT or cylindrical in electrical equipment housings;
- hole caps M, G, Pg, NPT are designed for fireproof closure of unused threaded or cylindrical holes in electrical equipment housings;
- three, four and six terminal plates are designed for connecting wires of isolated electrical circuits inside electrical equipment housings;
- detachable wire connections;
- breathable plugs type K(M,G,Pg,NPT)...-(S,C);
- terminal and junction boxes;
- housing sight glasses;
- sight glasses with built-in voltage indicator
